As part of Ivorian-Angolan cooperation, agreements and conventions have been signed between the two (02) countries in various fields:
Protocol of Agreement in the field of production, refining, and marketing of hydrocarbons between SONANGOL EP and PETROCI, signed on February 15, 2002;
Agreement establishing the Grand Joint Cooperation Commission between Côte d'Ivoire and Angola, signed on June 12, 2001, in Abidjan;
Cooperation Protocol between the Ministries of Foreign Affairs of both countries, signed on February 20, 1998, in Luanda;
General Agreement on economic, scientific, technical, and cultural cooperation, signed on June 19, 1985, in Yamoussoukro.
A. Main Exports from Côte d'Ivoire to Angola: iron, cast iron, steel and steel products, sugar, chemicals, petroleum products, soap, textiles, and shoes.
B. Main Imports of Côte d'Ivoire from Angola: metallic products, fish, and railway equipment.

- The value of bilateral trade reached 42.1 billion FCFA in 2023, compared to 28 billion FCFA in 2022.
- During the 2019-2023 period, the average value of Ivorian exports is estimated at 13.2 billion FCFA per year, compared to 7.02 billion FCFA per year for imports.
- During this period, the trade balance was surplus for Côte d'Ivoire from 2019 to 2020 and in 2023, but deficit from 2021 to 2022.
