During the official visit of the Lebanese president to Côte d'Ivoire on March 14 and 15, 2013, the Ivorian Head of State and his Lebanese counterpart signed six (06) agreements related to:
Combating crime
Protection of workers
Health
Agriculture
Tourism
Higher education and scientific research
Furthermore, several draft agreements in the field of bilateral cooperation are currently being negotiated. These agreements relate to the strengthening of cooperation in areas with high potential, such as: Trade, Industry, Water and Forests, Animal and Fisheries Resources, Mining, Oil and Energy, and Transport.
In addition, Côte d'Ivoire has submitted to Lebanon draft agreements in the fields of Information and Communication, Education and Technical Training, Culture, Sports, and Gender and Children’s issues.
Moreover, an agreement establishing the Ivorian-Lebanese Joint Commission of Cooperation and a Memorandum of Understanding were signed in 2009.
A. Main Exports from Côte d'Ivoire to Lebanon: green coffee, cashew nuts, raw cotton, rubber, processed wood, and shoes.
B. Main Imports from Lebanon to Côte d'Ivoire: various food preparations, petroleum products, plastics, miscellaneous products, consumer goods, ceramics, glass and stones, and road transport materials.

The value of bilateral trade stands at 23.2 billion CFA francs in 2023, compared to 30 billion CFA francs in 2022.
Over the period 2019-2023, the average value of Ivorian exports amounted to 2.8 billion CFA francs per year, compared to 17.5 billion CFA francs per year for imports.
During this period, the trade balance is negative for Côte d'Ivoire due to the high importation of generators, static and rotary electrical converters, electrical transformers, and coils.
