Agreements and Conventions

Cooperation between the two countries remains very limited. However, they maintain close relations within international organizations, particularly in the free trade zone, the Francophonie, and the African Union.

A. Main Exports from Côte d'Ivoire to Mozambique: Oil seeds and oleaginous fruits, various fruits and industrial plants, essential oils, and retinoids.

B. Main Imports of Côte d'Ivoire from Mozambique: Tobacco, products containing or not containing nicotine, various manufactured goods.

  • The value of bilateral trade reached 7.6 billion FCFA in 2023, compared to 3.8 billion FCFA in 2022.
