Agreements and Conventions

Several cooperation agreements have been signed between the two countries, including:

  • Cooperation Agreement between the Autonomous Port of San Pedro and Porto de Mindelo-São Vicente, signed in Abidjan on March 31, 2014.

  • Agreement on the Establishment of a Bilateral Consultation Mechanism, signed in Abidjan on March 30, 2014.

  • Air Transport Agreement, signed in Abidjan on March 30, 2014.

  • Maritime Cooperation Agreement, signed in Abidjan on March 30, 2014.

  • Agreement on the Promotion and Reciprocal Protection of Investments, signed in Abidjan on March 30, 2014.

  • Memorandum of Understanding, signed in Praia on March 11, 2014.

  • Cooperation Agreement in the Tourism Sector, signed in Praia on March 11, 2014.

A. The main exported products are: wood, charcoal and wood products, mineral fuels, mineral oils and their distillation products, bituminous substances.

B. The main imported products are: residues and waste from the food industry, prepared animal feed.
