The Danish companies BUCH-HOLM and PROTEC ONE had meetings in September 2016 with the Embassy of Côte d ́Ivoire in Denmark. The discussions focused on the investment prospects of these companies in Côte d ́Ivoire. BUCH-HOLM and PROTEC ONE are active respectively in the field of medical laboratory equipment and the manufacture of drones for the control of major works.
In August 2016, Madam Ambassador, H.E. Mrs. BALDE LAURENT Mina visited the Danish company DEKO, leader in the supply of removable and glass partitioning systems DEKO distributes its products in more than 35 countries in Europe and Asia and currently focuses its export strategy on West Africa where it aims to establish commercial partnerships.

B. The main imported products are: pharmaceuticals, mechanical machinery, electrical machinery and household appliances.

- La valeur des échanges bilatéraux a atteint 17 200 millions de FCFA en 2022 contre 28 500 millions de FCFA en 2021 ;
- Sur la période 2018-2022, la valeur moyenne des exportations ivoiriennes est estimée à 6 300 millions de FCFA/an contre 9 900 millions de FCFA/an pour les importations ;
- Sur la période 2018-2022, la balance commerciale est déficitaire pour la Côte d’Ivoire excepté l’année 2021.
