- Daloa, the capital of the region, is a Secondary Economic Connector (a city that has reached an intermediate stage of urbanization facilitating localization economies through competition among businesses in the same sector) that serves as a center for supply, commercial distribution, and services to the population and businesses (Study on the Competitive Economic Pole Development Program - PEC, 2018). The city of Daloa has a strategic geographical position that allows it to be a platform for exchanges with the two (02) Autonomous Ports of Abidjan (PAA) and San-Pedro (PASP);
- There is one (01) industrial zone located in the Daloa department with an area of 964 ha, of which more than 145 hectares currently host mainly wood processing industrial units (MCIPPME, 2022);
- Financial sector: 11 commercial banks, 16 insurance companies, and 16 microfinance institutions (Savings Cooperatives) are established there;
- Mobile network coverage (ARTCI, July 2023): 100% of localities and 100% of the population are covered;
