Agreements and Conventions

The two (02) countries cooperate closely within the Community of Sahelo-Saharan States (CENSAD), a sub-regional political, economic and cultural organization that aims to improve the economic cooperation of the countries of the Sahel region.

A. Main Exports of Côte d’Ivoire to Sudan: motor vehicles, precision apparatus and optics, crustaceans and molluscs.

B. Main Imports of CI from Sudan: Cote d’Ivoire imports virtually no products from Sudan.

• The value of bilateral trade reached 300 million of CFAF in 2022, compared to 300 million of CFAF in 2021.
• Over the period 2018-2022, the average value of Ivorian exports amounted to 320 million of CFAF / year, against practically nothing for imports.
• Throughout this period, the trade balance is in surplus for Cote d’Ivoire.
